A. The earbuds will automatically turn on when removed from the charging case and turn off when placed back into the charging case.
2. Can I only use one headset?
A.Yes the K62 can be used one at a time.?When you use TWS mode, you can put one of them into the charging case, and the other earbud will automatically switch to mono mode.
3. How can I control play or pause music from the earphones?
A. Simply tap either earbud (Left or Right) to play or pause music.
4. Which devices are compatible with the K62?
A. The K43 features the latest Bluetooth technology (Bluetooth 5.0) therefore it"ll be compatible with all devices that have Bluetooth capabilities.
